  2. Install Gmail MCP (official). Connect the reservations@ inbox
  3. Write a one-paragraph workflow: "Read overnight emails. Classify as inquiry / modification / complaint / FAQ / spam. Draft a reply in our tone for each. File spam. Leave drafts for me."
  4. Run each morning. Approve or edit each draft. Send.
  5. By day 7: model knows your tone, classification is near-perfect, you spend 15 min where you used to spend 90.

  1. Spin up a small VPS (Hostinger, Hetzner). Install Claude Code with API key.
  2. Write a script that pulls: PMS arrivals + departures, last 24h pickup, overnight messages, today's calendar events, comp set rate snapshot
  3. Pass the data to Claude with a structured prompt: "Generate a 1-page GM briefing. Lead with the 3 things that need attention today."
  4. Send via Gmail MCP or Slack MCP to the GM and FOM
  5. Schedule with cron at 06:00. Iterate the prompt over a week to tighten focus.

  1. Read your PMS API for today's arrivals. Pull guest demographics: name, DOB, nationality, document number, document type.
  2. Use Claude Code to generate the exact XML or form payload per portal schema (eVisitor codebook, alloggiati WSKEY).
  3. Submit via portal API. Capture the receipt or rejection.
  4. On rejection: parse the error, identify the missing/malformed field, send a WhatsApp pre-arrival message to the guest asking for the missing data.

A European hotel AI product cannot win on superficial guest personalisation. The defensible moats sit elsewhere, and they all favour a tool stack built around Claude Code, custom MCP servers, and the operational layer Nevron already runs.

Polyglot operating layer

Adriatic and Mediterranean staff speak Bosnian, Romanian, Filipino, Croatian, Bulgarian, Italian, Slovenian. Guests speak German, English, Czech, Polish, Russian, Italian, French. Multi-language Claude (native, no extra cost) + WhatsApp + filesystem RAG over SOPs = a hotel operating layer no English-only product can match. Decisive for seasonal-heavy portfolios.
